• Just a short feedback regarding our last minute cruise as above, that you brokered for my family party of 4. I hope you may feel able to use my findings and comments when advising on future holiday enquiries. The whole week was extremely enjoyable for us all, a well planned package. The reps at the airport where were easily visible, professional, helpful, on time and courteous. A first class, worry free transfer service.The M/S Radamis II was generally of an excellent standard, with only a few minor maintenance issues that might be expected of such a continuous use cruise ship. Our room allocated to us upon arrival had a noisy air conditioning fan, but upon our request we were immediately moved to another room. My daughter's room suffered an air conditioning failure, but an engineer attended and resolved the problem within 5 minutes of reportage.
  The food on board was excellent, buffet style, if only a little bit repetitive over the week but this did not detract from the quality and presentation of the fare. All the staff on board where most welcoming and helpful. We did not see a surly face all week. Everyone from room service up to the management were always most courteous. The restaurant staff spared no effort in providing food to our rooms, when we were a bit off colour. The superbly presented platters were personally delivered by the restaurant manager to our rooms. The onboard "Egyptologist" was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and covered the tours and any questions with great passion. He was flexible with the tour itinerary and managed to accommodate us into other parties, when we could not make a couple of scheduled tours. I would be not be fair to single out any particular staff of the Radamis 11 for additional praise, as they all have differing opportunities to interact with the holiday guests. But having travelled extensively world wide, I can honestly say we had great fun for the whole week and I can only sum up the whole ship experience as EXCEPTIONAL!I would recommend the whole package to anyone, with no reservations what so ever. • Thank you very much for your welcome home letter received yesterday. Michael and I had a brilliant holiday on the Domina Prestige but are really looking forward to the weekend to catch up on some sleep. It was a holiday not to be missed – the only thing we missed out on was sleep being up so early in the morning but definitely needed as the temperatures were at 42 and 44o most afternoons. The balloon trip over the Valley of the Kings on Monday morning was a wonderful ending to a superb holiday.
  The whole organisation of the holiday was superb, Reda our Egyptian guide was very good and I think the only criticism of the whole trip which was voiced by everyone was the lack of day time sailing. I think this is due to the vast increase of the number of the boats on the Nile now and still only having the one lock in use at Esna. Mr & Mrs K, Surrey
• We cruised on the "Domina Prestige" from 4 to 11 February. It seems years away now as we have had other holidays since that time.
  However I wanted to let you know how much Ann and I appreciated your Welcome Home letter. I imagine reaction to these letters is fairly low as people only write to complain. We are the exception!
  All the arrangements you made for us were as described and went very smoothly. We were particularly impressed that a courier was on hand to help us depart through the maze of Luxor Airport. Your personal enthusiasm for a "Domina Prestige" cruise was fully justified. The facilities, service and food were all excellent. • I'm back safely from my trip down the Nile and thought I would just drop a line of feedback for you. Thank you for the recommendation for the Domina Prestige - this was definitely an above average boat on the river. The whole itinerary was extremely well organised, with everything going like clockwork, and I think your local representatives deserve credit for this. The guide allocated to my group (Reda) was extremely knowledgeable, informative and humorous but delivered in a relaxed style that allowed us time to absord what we were seeing and hearing. This was a tour that I would highly recommend to anyone, with perhaps the proviso that they travelled before the end of March - I can imagine the heat of mid-summer would make this oppressive to all but the most hardy. The other bit of advice I would give to other travellers would be to take plenty of £1 coins - they come in very handy for tipping and keeping the hordes away! Thanks again. Mr D, Stockport
• We have just returned from an amazing holiday on board MS Pascha. The rooms were cleaned twice daily by two wonderful guys who would sculpture the towels into wonderful things...e.g. crocodile and monkey. There was always someone with polish and a cloth cleaning the rest of the boat interior...the brass gleamed. The fact that the boat was slow compared to other boats was a bonus as you had more time to take in the view and meant less time moored against another boat. The food was good and no one went down with any tummy bugs, we took your advise about handling the money and went through several hand gels! The staff were extremely helpful and always pleasant. The tours were very well organised and we signed up for all the optional tours so not to miss anything...Abu Simbel was well worth the money...fantastic! The small group of us who had booked through yourself all had the rooms on the third floor next to each other and all enjoyed the splendid view that this gave us very much.
